GMR Grand Prix Race Report

“We had a great Indy GP on track. We passed a lot of cars today and had a great start. Tire strategy was a gamble today to say the least. We took our lumps when we had to go to the Primary tires, but all in all we were really quick today. Unfortunately in the end, we didn’t pick the right strategy with the last stop. Definitely should’ve finished in the top six or seven, but we will take the lesson and move forward to the 500.”

With the checkered flag on the GMR Grand Prix at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway Road Course, May now transitions to the familiar left turns and the quest to join the field of 33. Opening day on the 2.5-mile oval is set for Tuesday with four days of practice ahead of qualifying weekend on May 22-23.
